The Effect
A play by the British playwright Lucy Prebble. The stage was skillfully designed by Svetlana Berger, and Kfir Azulay used it fantastically with measured and exact directing that exhausted the composition possibilities.
Before we even began planning, filming, and designing the content, we faced several unique challenges. A constantly moving stage, video mapping that needed to be readjusted at every scene, screening on transparent material, and to top that, the surface was also a lighting fixture.
We used two overlapping projectors at the back of the audience. For each scene, we created a new and special direction on resolume.
